Preserve a memory…
...Support our church!
Our church has contracted to make a comprehensive, full-color directory of our church family. In order to be successful, we need everyone to participate.
· By participating, each household will receive a free 8x10 portrait and a free copy of the directory!
· 10% of any portrait sales will be tithed back to our church, in your family name!
Sign up in the narthex! We encourage all of our congregational families to sign up. Photographs will be taken from 2 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, October 9 and Friday, October 10. You will be able to select the photo you want in the directory immediately after you are finished being photographed. Without you, our church family directory will not be complete!

Grandma wants your stuff!
November 2nd seems a long way off but that’s when the nursery will be changed into Grandma’s Attic at the end of the 10:30 a.m. service. Please remember us when you sort through your closets, basement and garage this summer or fall and save items you want to donate to the Grandma’s Attic room at our 16th Annual Christmas Crafts Festival on November 8, 2008. (Items can be brought in any time after Nov. 2nd.)
We need good, clean, useful items such as jewelry, toys, dolls, dishes, kitchen items, knick-knacks, books, videos, dvds, games, puzzles, lamps and all kinds of collectibles mostly small enough to fit on a table. Also needed will be plastic bags and large paper grocery bags. Thanks for your help!
Knit, sew or do a craft? We would also be pleased to accept donations of handmade items to sell downstairs that day with the baskets we weave during the summer.
